Abstract

Bethany McGrath, Careers and Employability Adviser, Student Services, University of Cumbria, presented on The Mindless Academy - an impact-led virtual learning and employability platform. Their virtual work experience programmes bring together the latest in core ('soft'), digital and green skills and are anchored in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The Mindless Academy pilot offered students a flexible, digital-first, experiential platform where they could build both mindset and skillset.
