Abstract

University of Cumbria's Senior Lecturer and Programme Lead for MSc Nursing, Steve Mccarthy-Grunwald and Specialist Technician Finn Drude, presented their recent work on Immersive Lived Experience, centred on quadriplegic musician Clarence Adoo MBE, in the form of a poster. Additionally, they collaborated with immersive room supplier Gener8 to showcase their immersive experience in a portable immersive room for conference attendees to view. It was exceptionally well received and highlighted the innovative ways the university is using immersive technology to train our students.
