Abstract

Webinar delivered by Professor Amanda Taylor-Beswick, Professor of Digital and Social Sciences, University of Cumbria and Georgia Denham, Senior Youth Worker and Youth Participation Lead, Carlisle Youth Zone. Amanda and Georgia work at the intersection of youth voice, wellbeing, and digital society. Amanda, a social worker turned academic, researches how technology can drive social good and prepare future professionals for a digital world. Georgia, a theatre graduate and youth leader, uses creative performance to empower young people and strengthen their influence in their communities.
