Abstract
This paper presented the development of the equalities literacy theoretical framework from the first year of data collection in the Marginalisation and Co-Created Education project which is Erasmus+ funded. The data illustrated the range of ways young people are disadvantaged and privileged in educational settings and the theory and model are presented here for others to use.
