Abstract
This poster summarises novel data collection and analysis conducted in relation to monitoring visitor behaviour and the physical condition of several free-to-enter heritage sites and monuments in Cumbria. Overall, this research project at University of Cumbria aims to design and evaluate a monitoring methodology for such sites, and to develop a cost-effective toolkit for heritage organisations to use in managing heritage sites. The poster was displayed at a conference of University of Cumbria's Centre for National Parks & Protected Areas (CNPPA).
