Abstract
A pilot catch up reading scheme in schools across Cumbria using Pearson Rapid Reading resources and elements of 'reciprocal reading’ to deliver an intensive reading programme to support year 7 learners to increase their reading age to the expected level, alongside reading confidence and motivation.
