Abstract

Climate emergency, mass extinction and social collapse are no longer distant prospects but increasingly accepted as realities we face. The morning conversations will be initiated by Jem and Ro exploring such questions as:
• What might this acceptance mean for us personally and collectively?
• How can we bear the emotional costs of facing such things?
• How do our imaginings of this future affect the way we respond?
• What might a deep adaptation require of us?
