Abstract

This presentation will tell the story of the student and their supervisors journey through the dissertation module and the learning as observed from both the supervisor and the students perspective. It focuses specifically on the 'Transformative Learning' approach applied to the MSc in Coaching and Mentoring at the University of Cumbria, UK. Presented in the 'Excellence in Learning & Teaching' theme at this conference.
