Abstract
John Darwell is interviewed by Walter Lewis on the Walter's Wanderings web site. The pair discuss: Darwell's long-term projects that reflect his interest in social and industrial change, concern for the environment and issues around the depiction of mental health (including his After Schwitters and 1000 Yards projects); his more recent reflective, almost meditative practice; and the context of WALKing photography – photography engaging with walking, art, landskip and knowledge.
