Abstract
Opening plenary panel keynote at Global Ethics Forum 2015. Jem Bendell of the Institute for Leadership and Sustainability (UK) talked about enabling everyone to lead together through mutual responsibility, group literacy and shared values. We need to cultivate “leaderful” groups, where groups function together, where they do not always look for who is the leader, but take mutual responsibility on how to function better together in groups. (…) Responsible leadership is to recognize that we need to be inquiring about how change happens, we mustn’t let a hero or a charismatic individual shut down our inquiry about how change happens.
