Abstract
The aim of the conference was to launch academic discourse on research in and through the arts, cutting across disciplines such as fine art, drama, music, architecture and design. The Academy is now planning practice-based MA programs in various departments, and the conference was meant to be a stepping stone into a future discourse on the complex issues surrounding artistic research.
